Who We Are
At Plum Catering we offer a full range of corporate and private catering for any function or event, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktail, buffets, formal dining and private dinners caterings.
Our chef have been professionally trained in the culinary field for almost 10 years. During that time, He has worked under the strict mentoring of Beh Kim Un from The Isthmus of Kra and Shakahari; renowned chef Frank Camorra from Movida, and Neil Perry from Rockpool and Spice Temple. Through the years of cooking he has refined and added his own twist and touch to cuisines ranging from Western, Modern Australian and Asian. East side meets West side.
We hope to share our food knowledge to the people as well as opening up new doors of fusion flavour of east mix west to create a new and exciting menu and taste to share with our fellow Melbournian foodies. While still providing the refined tastes of Western and European cuisines.
Whether Western, Asian or a combination we are able to accommodate and create the best menu for your particular catering events.
